HBA-DC Elections Notice

HBA-DC will hold its Elections Meeting on Tuesday, January 10, 2017, immediately after the HBA-DC Annual Meeting. The Board of Directors establishes policies for the HBA-DC and manages the affairs of the Association. Elections will be held for the following positions:
2. Vice President for External Affairs;
3. Vice President for Internal Affairs;
4. Vice President for Membership;
6. Treasurer; and
7. At Large Board Member (7 positions).
The Elections Committee is accepting nominations and candidate statements to be published to the membership. The deadline for submission of nominations and candidate statements is Thursday, December 29, 2016, at 6:30 p.m. EST. Nominations and candidate statements must be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Only attorney members in good standing may be candidates for office.
