It is with humility and excitement that I welcome you to the 35th year of the Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia. It’s fitting that this association and I share the same age, as I truly feel as if I have grown up in HBA-DC. This year, we will strive to make all of you feel as if this is your professional familia.
