Satterfield's appointment of HBA-DC Past President Kenia Seoane López as a Magistrate Judge in the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. The appointment of Ms. Seoane López, currently the Bilingual Attorney Negotiator for the Domestic Violence Unit of the D.C.
