The Professional Development Committee has put together a panel that will focus on the basic building blocks for succeeding in years 1-5, including through skills development and subject matter expertise. For those closer to the five-year mark, the panel will additionally discuss the path to advancement and how to lay the foundation for growth in those early years.

The Professional Development Committee has put together a panel that will focus on the basic building blocks for succeeding in years 1-5, including through skills development and subject matter expertise.  For those closer to the five-year mark, the panel will additionally discuss the path to advancement and how to lay the foundation for growth in those early years.

Current panel attorneys include: José Arvelo of Covington & Burling LLP, Alexandra Gonzalez of the U.S. Government Accountability Office, Nelly Montenegro of the Domestic Violence Unit at DC Superior Court, and Eissa Villasenor of USCIS. Committee member Catherine Cone, Washington Lawyers' Committee, will moderate.
