Adam Acosta



Adam Acosta is an associate attorney in White & Case LLP’s Washington, D.C. office and part of the firm's Global Antitrust and Competition Practice.  His practice focuses on antitrust litigation, government investigations, and related counseling.  Mr. Acosta represents clients in a wide range of industries and frequently represents clients in the pharmaceutical industry with cases involving allegations of reverse payment settlements and product hopping. 


Prior to joining White & Case LLP, Mr. Acosta completed a two-year clerkship at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.  He earned his J.D. with honors from Howard University School of Law, where he was a Dean’s Fellow and senior editor for the Howard Law Journal.  He earned his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.


Mr. Acosta began serving as the Hispanic Bar Association of D.C.'s Vice President of Internal Affairs in January 2017.  Prior to that, he served on the HBA-DC board as Vice President of Membership from 2015-2017.  He is also active in the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section.
