Ruben Reyna

Ruben Reyna advises clients on toxic tort, product liability, and commercial matters. His practice focuses on groundwater contamination matters and he currently represents a major oil company in a multidistrict litigation involving claims brought by municipalities, water districts, and state sovereigns across the country. Mr. Reyna has also represented corporate clients in various contract disputes and other commercial litigation.

Mr. Reyna has litigated cases at both the state and federal level, in both trial and appellate courts.

Mr. Reyna is a native of Indiana and a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Michigan Law School, where he was an editor for the Michigan Journal of Race and Law and an advocate in the Environmental Law Clinic program.

In addition to his regular practice, Mr. Reyna represents clients on a pro bono basis as part of Sedgwick’s partnership with Kids In Need of Defense, an organization focused on helping unaccompanied immigrant children.
