About

The Latina Leadership Academy (LLA) provides Latina attorneys with leadership and professional development tools to advance their legal careers. More importantly, the LLA is in its sixth year of providing a much-needed space for Latinas in the legal profession to build community around issues and barriers that exist at the intersection of race and gender in the legal field. All HBA-DC members are welcome to participate.

 

 

2020 Latina Leadership Academy (POSTPONED)

This year the LLA will explore the impact of the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic on the careers of Latina lawyers and provide participants with group coaching and resources to develop a plan for long-term career advancement.
