Educational Seminars

HBA-DC provides educational seminars that provide professional education and other valuable information that members can use in their practice of law.  Recently, HBA-DC organized seminars on how to start a law practice and how to avoid malpractice claims.

Networking Events

The HBA-DC offers a number of networking happy hour and other social activities that give its members an opportunity to meet and socialize.  Often, HBA-DC partners with other local and national organizations, giving its members the opportunity to meet people with a variety of interests and backgrounds.  Additionally, many of our networking events also help support worthwhile local charities, including AYUDA, the CAIR Coalition, and the Esperanza Fund.
